Park at the Lower South Colony parking lot. Run up S. Colony Road to the intersection with the Rainbow Trail. Follow the Rainbow Trail north across South Colony Creek, North Colony Creek, Macey Creek, and down to the Horn Creek trailhead via the Horn Creek spur trail. Run down Horn Road (CR 130) until Colony Road (CR 125). Run south on Colony Road to return to the Lower South Colony parking lot.
